Privacy Policy – Sudoku Village

WizPie Limited · Last updated: 02.03.2026

In short: Sudoku Village does not collect, store or share any personal data. It has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and it does not need an internet connection to play. Your child's progress is saved only on the device.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies only to the mobile game Sudoku Village (the “Game”), published by WizPie Limited (“WizPie”, “we”, “us”). The Game is a puzzle game designed for children. Our general privacy policy for other WizPie games does not apply to this Game; where they differ, this policy applies to Sudoku Village.

1. What Data We Collect

We do not collect any personal data. The Game does not ask for or collect names, email addresses, photos, contacts, location, advertising identifiers or any other information that could identify a child or a parent.

2. Data Stored on the Device

To remember progress, the Game saves a small file on the device itself. It contains only: which puzzles have been solved and the stars earned, game settings (music, sound, language and piece style), whether the tutorial was completed, and whether the full game has been purchased. This file never leaves the device and is not sent to us or to anyone else. Uninstalling the Game deletes it.

3. In-App Purchase

The full game can be unlocked with a single one-time purchase. Purchases and restores are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own privacy policies. We do not receive or store any payment details; the Game only learns whether the purchase was completed.

4. Parental Gate

Before any purchase, purchase restore, or link that leaves the Game (such as this policy), a short grown-up check (a multiplication question) is shown, so that children cannot do these things on their own.

5. Children’s Privacy

The Game is designed for children. Because we do not collect personal data from anyone, including children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country), the Game is designed to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, and the Google Play Families and Apple Kids Category requirements.

6. How We Share Data

We do not sell, rent or share any personal data, because we do not have any. Apple and Google may process information about downloads and purchases under their own privacy policies.

7. Your Rights

You can delete all Game data at any time by uninstalling the Game. Since we hold no personal data about you or your child, there is nothing for us to access, correct, transfer or erase on our side, but you are always welcome to contact us with any question.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

If we ever change how the Game handles information, we will update this page and its “Last updated” date before the change takes effect. We will not start collecting personal data from children without verifiable parental consent where the law requires it.
